Oaklee Housing implement CalQRisk

Oaklee Housing, one of Ireland’s most ambitious providers of customer-focused housing and support services have partnered with CalQRisk to streamline their governance, risk management and compliance processes. Established in 2000, Oaklee Housing have rapidly grown their presence across Ireland delivering high quality modern homes for older people, families, mature singles, and people with complex needs.

The streamlining of multiple processes will bring efficiencies across the organisation and Oaklee Housing will benefit from having one central, integrated system for multiple use cases. They will now have a “single source of truth” for all things governance, risk and compliance, and will save considerable time and effort with CalQRisk’s one-click reporting functionality.

Capitalising on the maintained CalQRisk knowledgebase means that Oaklee Housing can systematically develop their Compliance Record Form while also using the knowledgebase to satisfy the requirements of their stakeholders, including regulatory bodies such as the Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority.

Aaron Ceillier, Head of Finance at Oaklee Housing, commented:

“We immediately saw the value CalQRisk could bring to our organisation. It will allow us to raise the bar with our GRC efforts and we’re really looking forward to working with the CalQRisk team going forward.”

Paul O’Brien, MD of CalQRisk, commented:

“CalQRisk will bring real, tangible benefits to Oaklee Housing right from Day 1 of implementation. We’re excited to be working with Oaklee Housing and delighted to include them in our valued client base in the not-for-profit sector.”
