Marketing Executive

Location: Ireland or UK (Hybrid / Remote)

We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to drive the creation and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns in support of the sales team. Together with your marketing and sales colleagues you will be responsible for making our highly competitive CalQRisk software a key player in the UK and Irish markets.

  • Work remote or hybrid 
  • Support the planning, creation, and development of multi-channel campaigns, including content creation, localisation and production of marketing collateral and various marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, execute and support trade events, customer events, seminars and webinars partnering with associations any other key player in the industry.
  • Planning and implementation of campaigns and events, targeted at both new and existing customers.
  • Manage and own social media outlets and our website.
  • Analyse and optimise digital sales and marketing activities.
  • Development of digital social media, communities, website/landing pages, email, and SEM together with our experts.
  • Develop and promote content to strengthen our brand and digital presence to drive sales.
  • Passion for B2B SaaS marketing and have experience in digital campaigns, events, and content development.
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in Hubspot and graphic editing software.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience in Google Analytics.
  • Experience in managing and overseeing content creation for marketing & sales collateral.
  • English fluency is a requirement. Languages is a plus.

Business Development Executive

Location: Ireland or UK (Hybrid / Remote)

We are looking for a talented business development executive who can present and sell CalQRisk in the U.K and Ireland. Together with your marketing and sales colleagues you will be responsible for making our highly competitive CalQRisk software a key player in the UK and Irish markets.

As a member of the CalQRisk team you will:

  • Gain valuable experience with market introduction and expert sales.

  • Work remote or hybrid 
  • Develop new business opportunities with potential clients at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting, and much more
  • Proactive lead generation through attendance at trade fairs / exhibitions, webinars, and other sources
  • Drafting proposals for clients of all sizes, in multiple industries.
  • Maintain knowledge / awareness of competitors’ solutions and communicate information learned to the internal product team
  • Present persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value of CalQRisk software offering.
  • Effectively manage contract negotiations and close new business deals with potential clients, working closely with the management team.
  • Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts.
  • A passion to start or continue a career in consultative sales.
  • Previous experience in sales.
  • A “Winner” attitude, with a hunger and commitment to overachieve and succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience selling software solutions into regulatory environments would be an advantage
  • English fluency is a requirement.

Business Development Representative

Location: Ireland or UK (Hybrid / Remote)

We are looking for a talented business development representative who can introduce and help sell CalQRisk in the U.K and Ireland. Together with your marketing and sales colleagues you will be responsible for making our highly competitive CalQRisk software a key player in the UK and Irish markets.

As a member of the CalQRisk team you will:

  • Your job is to assist in acquiring new clients. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be mapping/prospecting new potential customers and booking qualified meetings with potential customers by phone and email.
  • You will work with Business Development Executives who carry out the customer meetings/demonstrations you book.
  • You will be part of a driven and committed team where we work together towards clear and distinct goals to increase sales.
  • You will be contacting people primarily responsible for governance, risk management and compliance in big and small organisations. As the first point of contact, you will be expected to spark initial interest and qualify potential new clients.
  • A passion to start or continue a career in consultative sales.
  • Previous experience in sales is a bonus but not required.
  • A “Winner” attitude, with a hunger and commitment to overachieve and succeed.
