North Midland Credit Union

‟Sandie O’Leary, Head of the RAS, has great knowledge of the credit union sector. Her previous experience working as Risk Management Officer in credit unions has helped in her understanding of the service that we require as Risk Management Officers on the ground. I can pick up the phone at any time and Sandie will give me her full attention and support to steer me in the right direction.
The RAS meets in person where a wide range of topics are discussed. There are also online meetings where Sandie facilitates group discussions on specific topics. This is a good way to meet other Risk Management Officers and share ideas and thoughts, as we are effectively all facing the same challenges.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the CalQRisk Risk Advisory Service to any credit union who may be considering using this service.
