Product Manager / VP of Product

As Product Manager / VP Product, you will own the strategic direction and execution of
calQrisk's product development initiatives. Working closely with our leadership team and
cross-functional teams, you'll translate market insights and customer needs into a
compelling product roadmap that drives competitive advantage and revenue growth in the
rapidly expanding GRC software market.

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with
  company objectives and market opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the
  global GRC market
• Establish and track key product metrics (adoption, engagement, retention, NPS)

Product Development & Delivery

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from conception through launch and iteration
• Prioritise feature development based on customer value, business impact, and
  technical feasibility
• Collaborate with our engineering team to deliver high-quality releases
• Manage product release cycles and roadmap initiatives and advance our AI strategy

Customer & Market Engagement

• Serve as primary product evangelist to customers, prospects, and internal
  stakeholders
• Gather and synthesisze customer feedback through interviews, surveys, and
  analytics
• Work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to understand user needs
• Support key account expansion and new vertical penetration strategies

AI & Innovation Leadership

• Drive integration of AI/ML capabilities into the platform
• Explore applications of large language models for risk assessment, compliance
  monitoring, and regulatory horizon scanning
• Lead innovation initiatives that differentiate calQrisk in the market
  Cross-Functional Leadership
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and positioning
• Collaborate with engineering on technical architecture decisions and platform
  evolution
• Work with Customer Success to ensure successful product adoption and value
• Contribute to strategic planning and company growth initiatives

Experience & Background

• 5+ years in product management roles, ideally in B2B SaaS environments
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling software products
• Experience with enterprise software in regulated industries preferred but not required
• Background in RegTech solutions a significant advantage
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-module platforms
• Passionate and customer obsessed with keen eye for design and passion for UX and CX

Technical Competencies

• Strong technical acumen with ability to engage credibly with engineering team
• Experience with modern software architectures (cloud-native, API-first,
  microservices)
• Understanding of security, multi-tenancy, and enterprise SaaS best practices
• AI/ML credentials or demonstrated experience integrating AI capabilities into
  products strongly preferred
