Digital Marketing Executive

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to drive creative execution and campaign delivery following our recent rebrand and website launch.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong visual design skills and end-to-end campaign management. You'll create content from scratch, own digital marketing operations and embed our brand consistently across all channels. You’ll work with marketing, sales and product teams to deliver targeted campaigns that support pipeline development and build brand credibility in a regulated B2B environment.

Key responsibilities:

Creative & Visual Execution

  • Design digital assets from scratch: LinkedIn graphics, webinar banners, email templates, presentation materials
  • Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all content
  • Ensure visual consistency across campaigns
  • Develop new collateral and bring marketing innovation to the role

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns with clear KPIs
  • Monitor performance and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Optimise website traffic, engagement, and conversion
  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform campaign planning

Marketing Operations

  • Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, and documentation
  • Coordinate webinar logistics (setup, reminders, follow-up)
  • Manage third-party suppliers and creative partners
  • Support post-campaign reporting and KPI tracking

Required qualifications:

Essential

  • 3+ years in digital/content marketing (B2B experience required)
  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating visual execution - Candidates must provide a portfolio of digital collateral as part of the pre-interview screening process
  • Advanced proficiency: Canva and Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
  • Working knowledge: HubSpot (or similar CRM), Google Analytics, Search Console
  • Excellent organisational skills and written communication
  • Experience managing external suppliers and creative partners

Desirable

  • SaaS, RegTech, or financial services background
  • Experience using digital marketing and analytics tools e.g. LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Matomo, SEMrush, Rank Math or similar
  • Experience within an established business or startup
  • Basic video/motion graphics capability
  • Webflow or CMS experience
  • Familiarity with paid media, analytics and/or SEO/AEO fundamentals
  • Marketing analytics and reporting skills
