Business Development Representative

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative to generate and qualify new business opportunities. You’ll be on the front line of our growth - engaging senior decision-makers, identifying pain points and booking high-quality meetings for our team. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect companies across our target markets
  • Run multi-channel outbound campaigns
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads against clear criteria
  • Book and hand over, qualified opportunities to our specialists
  • Research regulatory trends (e.g. DORA, third-party risk, etc.) to personalise outreach messaging
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility

Required qualifications:

  • 1-3 years in a BDR/SDR or sales role (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong communicator and confident engaging senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised and metrics-driven
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM

Location and Working Arrangements

This role can be remote or based on site, with flexible hybrid working.
